Cromico Trading and Projects is proudly a 100% black, female-owned company built on a simple truth: when you lead with discipline, education, and courage, you don’t only build projects you build progress that lasts.

I come from a previously disadvantaged background, and education became my bridge to opportunity. My schooling journey began at Newclare Primary and concluded at St Stithians Girls’ College, and after matric I pursued tertiary studies through Stellenbosch University, the University of Johannesburg, and the University of the Witwatersrand. Today, I am in my final year of an MBA at Milpark Business School. Along the way, I was moulded by exceptional business leaders who taught me that integrity is non-negotiable, excellence is earned, and real leadership is measured by the people you lift as you rise.

That same standard is embedded in Cromico. We operate across plant hire, rail, and electrical contracting, delivering with one consistent promise: safe execution, quality workmanship, and dependable delivery. We don’t chase quick wins we build credibility through performance, planning, and the ability to deliver on complex infrastructure that matters.

But our greatest strength is not just our fleet or capability it’s our people. Cromico is powered by a team culture where every role counts and where the wheel turns because we support one another. We are intentional about building a pipeline of talent, and we actively aim to employ and develop youth from disadvantaged backgrounds across multiple fields operations, technical trades, engineering support, administration, logistics, safety, and project delivery creating real careers, real skills, and real mobility.

Beyond project delivery, I carry a personal mandate: to invest in education and basic healthcare in the communities that need it most. Because Cromico’s growth must mean more than business success it must translate into stronger communities, wider opportunity, and a legacy that reaches further than any single contract.
